Stop and starting but just done w4r1

After groin injury that put a long stop to the running and just general day to day life with illness getting in the way I have pushed through and finished week 4 run 1. It looked as if it would be hard but pushed on with it.

Breathing has always been a problem for me so after the first run i concentrated solely on my breathing. Big breath in through the nose and out through the mouth then back in through the mouth and out through the mouth again. Found this for me worked really well. Even the stitch that felt like I was getting faded with the run. It was probably only the last minute I found it hard but pushed right to the end.

Ready for the next run
