Found this group a couple of weeks ago and have been drawing inspiration from your support for each other and seeing your wins.
Just finished W4R1 which I had been dreading since last week. Was sure I couldn't do it. But once I got through the first five minutes run without collapsing I knew I could do it. I slowed down a little to make sure i wasn't over-exerting. The last two minutes of the whole thing were very hard but I knew today's run would test me and I kept that in mind.
I have a slight paid under my knee which when I was running seemed to go away but the warm down I could feel a lot. Should I just grab a bag of frozen peas?

Hi, I did week 4 run 1 yest, im glad I managed it without stopping. Not doing day 2 until Monday due to work, but I'm looking forward to it! I blooming ache today, well done keep it up!
Ah well done Silverstar44! I did R2 yesterday and yes it was enjoyable knowing I had already done it. Need to learn to trust the process - we are doing the work. Have a great run today : )
