I'm back!!!!

So, I started C25K in January and so very nearly graduated. I completed the programme up to and including W9R2. Then my dog had puppies. Anyone who has bred a litter of puppies will know how hard work they are - not helped by the fact that one of ours needed a bit of help and we were bottle feeding him round the clock for the first three weeks as well as working full time. I tried the last run of the week to graduate, but I was just too tired and couldn't finish it. I was disheartened and never got to complete that third run of the week.

Well, now I'm back. Yesterday, I ran W5R2. I'm pacing it really slow but when Laura told me I only had 60 seconds left of the final run, I was able to push myself to go a little bit faster. It is the dreaded W5R3 next - but I managed it last time I did C25K so I'm sure I will this time. It is good to be back.

Great job coming back... I did that run yesterday, it’s tough, but you can do it.., you’ve done it before, so you know you can do it. Believe and relax... you got it.
