Trainer advice please

Hi I’ve graduated last week but am really struggling the last couple of weeks with areas of pain either just under 1 knee or in my calves that’s not going away this has only started since I’ve upped the distances/time, my trainers are around 10 years old so I’m thinking maybe this is the root of my problem. So, my question is what trainers do people recommend and where is the best place to buy them from? Thank you in advance for your help 😊😊

Google ‘gait analysis near me’. No one on here can tell you what shoes you need. A professional needs to analyse how you run 👌🏽

These trainers just shout at you a lot!

What Tasha said. 10 years old would be bad even in the perfect shoe, impressive that you graduated in them!

Ten years old is pushing it, even if only infrequently used.
