Just finished my third run for week one and looking forward to starting week two in Monday.

I just completed w2r1 and I actually felt like it was easier than week 1. I like having a bit more recovery time I think. Funny how quickly you learn to really enjoy the runs!

Good job... I found week 2 easier as there’s less intervals and it just seemed to end quicker.
