Great job. What are you worried for? You beat the hardest one, getting off the sofa and running. Nothing is gonna be worse than run 1. Slow and steady... you can do this.

The run times just that bit longer. But you’re right I’m sure I’ll be ok. In the first week I struggled even running for 60 seconds. I shall just keep up going with my snail pace 👌🏻
