I just completed the 1st run of the 3rd week with 3 min x 2 runs
Overall I felt it was lighter than the 2nd week... was for 25 min in total
The app does not tell the distance travelled, but iPhone comes handy in letting me know the distance!

Well done. You are seeing the beginnings of a fitter you.
Distance is irrelevant 😛. That’s why it doesn’t show you. It’s all about getting your heart rate up for 30 minutes, which it achieves very soon, certainly before the closing weeks, almost from the get go. You and the NHS have different objectives, you will do both... and you may go on to run marathons and ultras... they don’t much care about that. It’s about being fitter and healthier and easing the cost to them, and ultimately us, of many illnesses related to not being fit. They’ve done a great job.
Track by all means and maybe even look, but don’t care or stress about it yet. Change your life, extend your life, then you’ll have extra time to be the best runner you can be.
That all said... great job getting through another run... and don’t worry, the programme will challenge you again real soon!
