First time poster.

After a couple of months of lacklustre attempts, I've just completed week 2 of C25K.

Feeling good although a little tight in places.

Mapped out a 5k course, going as far as I can using the app then finish the rest of the course with a light paced walk to ensure I get a 5k of some description done.
