Rashes!!

Has anyone else had rashes, mainly on the shoulders and upper arms and a bit on the thighs.

I did wonder if it was the nylon clothing reacting to sweat. Mind I was wearing a smelly helly

Not for a long time.

Wouldn’t have thought you would get it from technical clothing, unless too small, too big or not clean. The first two could encourage chafing the last could encourage bacteria to react. (Mine was chubby thighs rubbing together in shorts 😳).

If it’s been during the very hot weather could have been down to that too - excess salt rubbing with the clothing.

I went to do a few errands immediately afterwards. Probably because I didn't change immediately. It was the front of my thighs plus I've got chicken legs.
