Hey guys I’ve just gone back to doing the couch to 5k . I did it before and was happily , if slowly 38mins, running 5k three tones a week until I hurt my back .

I’m now going back to it but am thinking of starting at week 4 as can manage the 5 min intervals at a push . What do others think ??

Hi i had previously got to w6r3 and then went on holiday and fell off the wagon (for 5 months!!), i started back at week3 and have run every other day and now just done wk4r2 and it seems harder than i remember! So glad i didnt start here, just have a browse through and pick what you think is easily achievable as you dont want to feel deflated and you need to ease your back in gently you can always do a run1 from each week until you feel you need to stick to that week before moving on.

The main thing is that you are getting back into it! 5k in 38 mins is really good so you will soon be back there!

Maybe you could help me with my question ive just posted about hills!

If you can do the 5s it’s the place to come back in. Welcome back.
