Last night did wk5 r1 and felt great all the way through the run, although after my calves were burning afterwards . So hopefully I'm not jinxing myself

Stretch well after the runs... start to build up your core strength and stamina exercises on rest days too.. the runs are getting longer:)

You might be pushing too hard if your calves are burning. Slow is fine. No need to push, at all 💪👍😃
