Just back in from my run/walk, a bit later than I had wanted but such is life.

Main thing is I made myself go out at 9:25pm and run.

Not something that I am used to doing.

Tougher than the first run, shins, ankles etc a wee bit sore when running but took my time and completed it.

Feels good, if a bit sweaty.

Good job. Keep hydration good... and check how your foot lands... you’ll get less pains landing flat, landing in the heel puts a big shock through a straight leg, landing flat and under your body means your knee isn’t quite straight and does it’s job (acting as a shock absorber)

You may have found it tougher as you left your comfort zone of preferred time... but you got through it 💪👍

Yes thanks, found it very useful. Been going at a slow pace but fast enough to be exerting myself. Just muscles, bones and joints suddenly having to work harder than normal.
