Just completed W5 R3 and cannot actually believe I ran for 20 mins nonstop. When I got to the end I even wanted to keep going! To anyone coming up to this run, I know it’s daunting but just have faith in the programme, you can definitely, definitely do it and if you’re anything like me you won’t be able to stop smiling giddily at what you’ve just done! And only a couple of days ago I was feeling so down in the dumps as I thought I’d broken my toe walking into a table, the thought of all those runs going to waste...fortunately nothing broken, toe back to normal, and onwards and upwards with C25K!

Thank you for this post, I have just done W5 R2 and already feeling scared for the next one, but I feel better reading your post, mayb I can run for 20 minutes too

Be careful my young padawan... The next run is a deceptive doozy! Remember everything you learned, keep it slow and steady, don't over reach yourself and you'll be fine. Those longer runs are awesome aren't they?
