Just completed W2R2 and feeling great after initial Ten minute rest. Can’t wait for Friday to do last run for week 2.

Me either... I have Nike Training club, there’s a few runner specific routines, and I walk 3 miles a day (twice today) swimming works, yoga (lots of videos online)

I’m kinda reluctant to give a gym £30+ a month for what I can do at home... and I never got on with those torture machines with the weights on them!
