Ditto! 46 & the same! When I started 8 weeks ago I thought I was going to collapse after my very first non-stop 60seconds run! Seriously-when u don’t run & are unfit, how horrendously long is running for 60seconds non-stop?! Anyways, I started week 9 on Monday- I ran 5k non-stop in 31mins. So bloody delighted with that! A couple of months ago before I started I would never have even imagined I would be at this stage-so it does work!! Good lick & enjoy!

Yes, me too. Have just done the final run of the first week and hoping that this is the start of something new and repeatable for me.
