Iโm never too confident before a session as running has never been my thing, Iโve found almost every session difficult verging on impossible.
I have a stiff, aching spine and a strapped up shoulder following a trip to the osteopath last week. Add feeling nauseous yesterday to the mix and my expectations for todayโs run were in the floor, I was prepared for my first fail.
BUT I DID IT!!! Not only that, but I was jogging comfortably with no heavy leg feeling for the very first time and I extended the 2nd jog to 10mins.
I felt in control and at no point did I feel I was struggling. Iโve battled either physical or mental (or both) gremlins in all of my previous 13 sessions
I also think my body shape is changing ... a more defined waist & tighter bum!
Iโm beginning to enjoy this and just cannot believe Iโm jogging.
