I’ve been working through my dicky knee but it’s now v swollen and I can’t walk upstairs so couple of days rest and I think a physio visit might help v sad face cos I’d cracked the 30 minute runs ☹️☹️☹️

Oh no Mandi what a shame. I’d definitely see your GP or a physio, if only to rule out anything serious. Hopefully it’s nothing, and you’ve caught it in time.

There will be more 30 minute runs. See what the physio says... get a knee support on it and take it easy. You’ll be back and it will feel great, trust me I just went through it.
Sorry to hear this - sensible to get properly checked out if you have an injury. Hope you are better soon but don’t set yourself back by returning to running too quickly
Sorry to hear that. I’m sure you’ll get back into it when you recover. I tried W8R2 tonight with a dicky knee, it wasn’t that that spoiled it it was 32 degrees and the humidity.
I feel your pain, literally!! I’ve just started week 5. Unfortunately have strained the inner ligaments in both knees. They are now taped with some beautiful pink tape 🤣. Pain has now gone (only taped yesterday)It’s annoying not being able to run. It’s only temporary & you’ll soon be back out there as l will 👍🏻
