After taking a break and visiting the beautiful Snowdonia, I jumped back into C25K and completed W4 R3 this morning. A few problems though - I felt the onset of a painful cramp in my calf and I found myself keep adjusting my pace. I just couldn’t find any consistency. Is it because I’m a week out of practice? Anyhow, I may not be running up Snowdon just yet - but I am progressing through this wonderful program!

I doubt it is because of the break but I could be due to hydration issues, you tend to drink less when out of your own routine or differences In Terrain while you were walking in Snowdonia. It will settle soon. Well done for getting back to it.
