W6R2 - my first “bad run”

... I finally had my first bad run today! I thought it might come in week 6...

I really struggled with it. Only the first 3 or 4 mins running were tolerable and the rest were just awful! My form was all over the place and my legs were so tired.

But I did complete it without stopping 💪🏻

Bring on W6R3 🙂

Huge well done... try to relax into these longer runs... start slow, stay slow... time to let the new running legs find their happy pace:)

I had a tough one yesterday. Rest up and look forward to the next one, it can only get better. 👍

You’re turning into a proper runner now that you can soldier on when your body is begging you to stop!

Really well done! Your remaining runs will be better for it, so be proud. 👏👏👏👏

It sucked... you carried on... it sucked some more... you finished it. That’s a BIG win first time on a “bad” run. Look back at it with pride, it made you stronger physically and allowed you to demonstrate mental strength.

Can you do this now? HELL YES

I had my worst run today. Things on mind and heart wasn't really in it but we did it regardless. Go us! Better run next time xx

You really showed some spirit in completing your run without stopping, even though you were struggling. You should take confidence from this into your future weeks runs. True grit, well done. All running the world together 5k at a time. Best wishes for rest of program.
