I've started with a resistance training program, and I'm currently in week 5. the program is intense, and I'm soar live never before. This didn't affect my run today though, but are there any tips or anything I should consider.
I do the resistance training session in my recovery day.

I had to google and from what I can see there’s no issue alongside running... I do some myself without realising what it was called as I do some body weight workouts! Although it does produce micro tears, there’s no running action, so I’d assume it was compatible in the same way cycling is.
