Just finished week 5 run 1, so glad i actually got out because i was procrastinating because of some bad weather.Struggles a little in last 5 minute run but I really felt like I broke through a wall and pushed on.So glad I started couch to 5k because before I did I was just a lazy teenager who couldn't even run 2 minutes, I always made the excuse that I was a sprinter haha😂

Week 5 well under way and almost halfway to the podium. From a lazy teenager who couldn't run 2 mins to a (possibly still lazy) teenager who's about to smash 20 mins, brilliant. I was also a sprinter who hated distance running (anything over 400 meters) and was even a teenager once. I followed the programme and now run for 30 mins every other day. Slowly, it's true, but am living proof of how good c25k is.

Keep going, keep posting keep breaking walls!!!!
