I’d usually start a new week at a weekend but due to lack of sleep, a taped up shoulder & stiff spine, I didn’t do W5R1 until this morning ... sleep caught up on but other 2 issues remain so I was full of doom and gloom as I dragged myself into C25K mode.
I was expecting W5R1 to be OK as it isn’t much of a step up from W4 but I found the first 5 mins to be so hard, mentally & physically. The next 2 x 5mins were better. I’m dripping with sweat like never before and will try to be in better mind & body shape for R2 ... I’m not thinking about the horror that is R3

Well done on managing it despite your shoulder and spine issues. We took w5r1 slow this morning and i found it not too bad. I felt stronger than i have ever felt. Looking forward to r2 on weds and i think i might manage it but still excited yet very apprehensive about r3.
Well done ! You're brave to push through in spite of your issues, that's amazing ! I'm like you, I struggled this morning with W5R1 and will be doing W5R2 on Wednesday too...
