Well as you may know I completed C25K 8 weeks ago and sadly haven't jogged since Sore calf muscle in right leg so resting BUT feelings of failure as I know how much better I feel for doing my 3 jogs a week. What do you suggest - I start from from scratch or half way through or just go for the full 30 mins jog - I'll be back in "normal" routine tomorrow so I will be in the gym at 7am for either a jog (which I proposed to do) or a workout as when I weighed in at my slimming class yesterday I did not like the number revealed to me.....and will not be holiday fit for our hols in 2 weeks time. I had a slight hip injury about 6 weeks ago and I am resuming running 🏃 this week. I will be doing the whole course but this time run 1 of week 1 will be followed 48 hours later by run 1 week 2 and so on every other day until run 1 of week 9
