Hi I have completed couch to 5k and has changed everything about me I’ve lost 1st 5lbs so far and have just upped my distance to 4 miles but I want a coach like I have had any recommendations to a app like this it has been brilliant.

Have you tired - the next programme —-stepping stones. If not old floss and our mentor would be along to answer your questions. Well done and keep up the good work.

I am still in the couch to 5 K app. Or you could try the Active 10. It records your activity but no prompts.
