New to all this running lark. About to do week 3 on Saturday and am really worried about wether or not I can sustain running for that period of time. Hoping my breathing doesn’t stop me! 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Well done for wks1 and 2 - and just getting out there. The toughest part is starting so you got this.
Keep slow and if you feel yourself struggling in the run bits slow some more😊 you can do it - good luck x
You can do it, just don't let the gremlins in. Breathing won't stop you, not breathing might though. Each week is a little tougher but you are getting fitter so you can nail them.
Believe in yourself, slow down if necessary smash it.
Just go slowly, as per, and you’ll be fine. Don’t worry though or you’ll stiffen up. Hang loose - as a goose 😃👍🏃♀️
If you find your breathing is starting to get laboured, try and slow down even more. Just reducing your speed a tiny amount can help your lungs catch up. Bonne chance.
