I’ve completed this run today, I didn’t think I would achieve this one. My knee did hurt a bit but that was an success.

Nice going! You'll get all sorts of aches and pains, especially during the first few weeks. The vast majority are completely harmless and will clear up on your rest days. Good luck, and keep going!
Well done my knees are a bit dodgy too my advice is take it easy I got some knee supports they helped and still do I did have a couple of weeks break after week 4 but worth it as my knees are ok and now on w8r2

Great job... no need to fear the steps up, as you’ve just proved!
I am going to be a bit busy on Saturday compared to tomorrow when I can do another run, however, would you advise me to run on the Sunday instead of an Busy Saturday? Jus that I wouldn’t normally skip another day. Seeing a friend, so I’m going train journey there and back.
