First fall...

Managed to force myself to go out in the wind only to be rewarded with my first fall! It was probably the hardest graduate run I’ve done. Don’t know why it was so hard but it really wasn’t fun, and to top it all I fell over grazing my leg and twisting my ankle. Managed to finish anyway, very slowly and painfully. Proud that I managed to finish. Resting my ankle now, at least it’s an excuse for someone else to make the roast!

Definitely sounding like a runner! 👍🏻👍🏻

Poor thing! Enjoy your dinner (I might fake an injury to get off cooking rota :) )

It is a silver lining for sure! And an excuse for an extra glass of wine maybe? It is a bank holiday after all!
