Finally was able to begin week 5

After strained muscle which had me repeat week 4 as warm up once i was given the ok to resume the program .....yesterday i finally began week 5.

I felt ok and pushed myself to complete it .

My back felt ok and went through my day but a few hours later i felt pain/aching in the ribs.

Anyone else had this

Glad your back is better and well done on getting back to it! How does that pain/ache feel now? Could it definitely be the running?
