C5k Week 3rd began and finished it without any difficulties. Felt so happy and accomplished. Only trouble is I feel like I’m running like a tortoise while others run on the ground like Usain Bolt. When I try to increase the pace it hurts the Achilles, but all cool when I do it at a slower pace.
I’m a newbie any advices.

You’ve said it yourself: all cool at the slower pace. So run at the slower pace and don’t compare yourself with other people. Everybody’s different. It’s a run not a race and you’re doing fine so don’t risk injury by going too fast.
Speed really isn't important. If you can finish each week you're getting stronger, fitter and building stamina. I too see other people speeding along and dream of matching them one day. For now stay slow and healthy and don't hurt yourself racing.
Also, have you got the correct shoes? I.E. have you had a gait analysis done? It can make a huge difference.
Im exactly the same. I try not to compare.. I’m 39 years old and this is the most I’ve run in my life so even at a tortoise pace (honestly I think I walk quicker than I run!) I’m getting fitter and stronger ❤️🏃♀️
Sometimes I feel like I am standing still, or running like in a dream when trying to escape someone but not moving, BUT - I always always make sure I finish the run even if I have to go really slowly. I do look at and admire other runners but I never compare myself to them, I'm in this for me. When I started this I could barely do the walking sections let alone the runs! This morning I did W8R1 = 28 mins non-stop. That's proof enough for me that even running slowly works! Keep at it.
If the current pace is working for you, injury free then carry on as you are.
I’ve completed the programme in the past with an Achilles injury and it was painful/uncomfortable for several weeks so I had to stop running. Hence the fact I’m doing the programme again.
Invest in some new trainers and perhaps try compression socks if you have problems again.
