The first of my simple questions... please add answers and other very simple one-line questions for the benefit of newbies etc...

I've only done Week One, Runs 1 & 2, but was worried about starting! The best advice I took on board was to "go slow". There's not much difference between my brisk walk and my jog and I'm managing. I feel good about it!

Start with Wk 1 run 1 and each time you achieve you are building up. I repeated weeks if I needed to.
