Week 5 run 3 tomorrow!! Feeling very nervous about the 20min run no breaks, the 8min runs were tough for me Iβm not sure Iβm at the 20min level yet but I will get out there and do my bestπͺπ»π¬ how did others find this run?

Hi Blu, it is tough but you are tougher! I would recommend a slightly slower pace than normal but you will smash it.
It is as much mental as physical so believe you can do it and you will!

For run 2 you did a total of 21 minutes (2x8 minutes plus 5 minutes walking). Tomorrow you only have to do 20, so as long as your pace is barely more than walking you should be fine ππ Good luck!
So many people are apprehensive about this run, but you've got this far and are ready for it. Plenty of hydration today, take it slow, tell us tomorrow how you've smashed it!
Bet youβll surprise yourself! The programme will have built you up gradually, almost without you realising it, and as long as you pace yourself and go slow and steady, youβll be fine! π

Donβt think it, run it. Relax, tell yourself that you can do it throughout your warmup, go slow and go as long as you can... you might just be in for a pleasant surprise.
