I got 18 minutes into what was a hard but going well and enjoyable 20 minute run when i found a loose stone and twisted my weak ankle again 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Should have listen to my own head and took it to the streets rather than round the local park. Maybe i would have completed the run fully and not now be a run behind and the prospect of a few more if it doesn’t heal up quickly. I will test it on Monday and see if its only a minor one.
I was so looking forward to taking my week 6 day 3 to my local parkrun to help celebrate a friends 50th run.
