I got 18 minutes into what was a hard but going well and enjoyable 20 minute run when i found a loose stone and twisted my weak ankle again π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘
Should have listen to my own head and took it to the streets rather than round the local park. Maybe i would have completed the run fully and not now be a run behind and the prospect of a few more if it doesnβt heal up quickly. I will test it on Monday and see if its only a minor one.
I was so looking forward to taking my week 6 day 3 to my local parkrun to help celebrate a friends 50th run.

Thatβs unlucky, I hope you heal quickly and can get back out there. I had a similar incident but stretched my Achilles, no running for 7 months, it takes a long time to heal when you donβt have access to the high tech facilities and you need to be in your feet throughout the day, so be careful it to overdo things.
