W3 complete!

Managed to pull myself up and out of the door this morning to complete week 3 run 3, after a night at my local beer festival last night... Definitely a struggle to convince myself to go, but ended up being the run I've been most comfortable with yet! I'm a little apprehensive of week 4 (5 whole minutes?! What?!), but I'm off to buy myself some decent trainers this weekend (in place of my £10 Tesco specials...) and I'll be setting my alarm for bright and early on Monday! I CAN do this!

New shoes will certainly help. Don’t fear 5 minutes... you are more than capable. Relax and go comfortable pace. You certainly can do this.

Lol. That's exactly what I've got. Tesco trainers and just bought some proper running trainers.
