Naked run

So once I discovered this didn't mean risking arrest and scaring the neighbours, I decided to try running without music! People have said it makes you more aware of your surroundings which I can't argue with. BUT when you run to the sound of early morning rush hour traffic it's not much fun. Back to music next time!

This was w7 run1 so my second 25 minute run. Managed it ok but top of right foot started aching just before the end. Tendons I guess. May have 2 days off in the hope it feels better.

I don’t have the techie know-how to listen to music 🎶 and my ‘coach’ at the same time. Didn’t realise that made me naked tho 😊

When you get to week 7 it's just running no walking so you don't need the coach. I line up tracks whos running time is the same length as my run so I know to stop when the last track finished.

I always run without music. I can’t stand the earphones in my ears. I use to wear one to listen to Laura telling me when to stop and start running. The last 3 weeks with the longer runs I don’t take them I just turn the volume up so I can hear the half way bell and when I’m done. I run after 8pm so not to much traffic.
