Well I just finished week 7 today and damn that was hard work. I especially struggled with run 3 for some reason.

Does anyone know any good stretches that work your shins? That's where I seem to get a lot of soreness/pain.

When I started my shins used to hurt a bit, calf stretches helped and I used to ice them when I got home from a run. Nearly at graduation now well done.
