Hi. Just want to say hello to the group. I’m 40 years old and I’ve just finished run number 2 of week 7. I stopped smoking 38 days ago and feel the best I’ve felt in a long time. Really hope I can keep it up. I look forwards to swapping tips and stories with the group. Thanks Liam
