Just ran my first run along with my son on his bike, completed the 8 runs but now I can't feel my legs! Any tips would be great. 😀

Can you still see them? If you can all is well.

Great job... best tips are to go slow, hydrate and relax. You can do this.

Well done!! I’m not qualified to give tips but slow and steady I would say. If you’re going with someone who is going faster you’re automatically going to go faster which can be good or bad as you don’t want to do damage. Maybe look at the art of shuffling at a lower speed and see if this helps.

Thank you! My son told me to go in front when running so I actually think that helped. I did feel more motivated to do it because my son came with me!
