That was a strange one after w5r3, I did it though and including 10mins warm up and cool down walks, covered 4.8km

I did my w6 r1 this morning too. In some ways it felt much easier than 5, 3 but in other ways harder. Glad to get it done. Think I covered 4.6 including warm up and warm down walks. Go us! 😃

Well done 🤗 wk6 r1 - the notorious bogey run lol - catches a lot of people out after wk5 r3. I think it's hard going back to stop n walk after a longer run. Best of luck for rest of wk6 and once you're into wk7 and beyond those long runs are fab - you get such a sense of achievement 😊

throw in a final 200m sprint and you have a 5k parkrun! or maybe just walk the last bit. nobody minds.
