Not sure if this counts?

Was pouring with rain so I did my run in the house . Does this count ? It was easier as obviously no gradient. Feeling a bit flat that I cheated ! Just wondered what everyone else does when it’s raining ? I am in Scotland and it rains a lot here lol 😂

I'm top end of Cumbria- bordering Scotland- so I get the rain a lot too lol

Personally I quite enjoy the rain as i get so hot running 😊- but as long as you've done the run time I don't think you cheated. You've still done it and not used the weather as a reason not to. Keep it up x

Try running in the rain (maybe when it's only a drizzle or something and not chucking it down). You might enjoy it. Personally, I find it exhilarating as I am a total Sweaty Betty. So a different kind of water makes no odds. 😜

Just run in the rain! I've got a waterproof with a peak so no water in my face. Hate the heat so rain is refreshing! 🌧🌧🌧

Running in the rain is refreshing so what have you got to lose by trying it?! 😉

Hi, thanks for your reply. So far I have managed to avoid the rain : )

However i will give it a try !

I miss the days when I could walk with my dog - he is too old now so he only goes really short walks.

Aw its so hard when they get old, we lost our old one last year and now have 10 month old hyperactive collie, he's great and loves running with me. Try the rain thing you might love it. 😊

I’m in Scotland too (Ayrshire) and I’m only on week two and have managed to avoid the rain so far! I think as long as it’s not absolutely chucking it down I’ll still go out and try it. Hoping to graduate before the worst weather hits us then tackle the issue of 5k+ through the winter!! Good luck! 👟😊
