W6r2 - just!

Completed this run yesterday, and I'm still having problems with numb feet, so much so that twice i had to stop to take my shoes off and move my feet. And on the final wall I took my shoes off and walked barefoot. So frustrating as since getting these shoes I've had no problem from my planter facitits (sp?). I'm hoping to get my gait analysed next week and get some more new shoes, which I should have done in the first place 😭

Still... run completed and onward and upward!

Are you lacing too tight? That causes numbness sometimes. There was a post on correct lacing somewhere on here, if you search for it it might help.

Thanks, yes I've changed the lacing on them both to be as loose as possible, and they're a full size bigger than my usual shoes too 😒

Just reread and edited last post( I meant lacing). I loosened mine but then felt uncomfortable worried they’d slip off my heel. Then I discovered the “ runners loop “and not looked back since. Good luck

The fact there are lots of different styles of lacing has been a real eye opener on this journey 😂
