I'm a not unfit 53 yr old as, I do a lot in the outdoors - although I've not been able to run further than a few k for a very long time. I get bored and can't zone out. Hoping this app will improve my base level of fitness.

Welcome! No doubt our lovely Mentor or Admins will be able to point you to some brilliant advice for starting. If you find you start to get bored there’s lots of advice on here about using music, podcasts, apps, meditation... all sorts of things. But I expect you’ll find at least the first 6 weeks have enough variety to keep you occupied. Have fun!!
