I am certainly no expert, but if it were me I think I would repeat week 2 just to be gentle to your little knee and get back in the saddle... but listen to your body....you will soon catch up again and you don’t want a further injury.Good luck😃

Agree with Keepmoving above - the main thing is to be sure your knee is ok, so start nice and gently and take it easy. Good luck!
