We completed week 9 yesterday! Won’t lie found the last couple of weeks hard going, with extra hours at work , making me more tired.
But we persevered and did it! Amazing feeling, now time to keep it up , going to start park runs very soon

I am on w8r3.... really struggled with w8, unlike any other weeks I have completed. I will have to do w8r2 again as I had to stop... stitch and walked most of it.
Glad you got through the last couple of weeks.. a BIG well done 😁
