Technical Problems

Anyone had problems with C25K app. Not sure if l should delete & re install. Laura kept on repeating herself, for example “ get ready to run for 3 minutes”

I’d start, then she’d cut in & tell me to do it again. Completed my run in my own way lol

Hi I had this at about week3 I think I needed to update my phone or something. And reload the App and it seemed to be ok ever since. But unless anyone else knows better you will lose all your progress. I just left it on to catch up to where I hat got to and then kicked off again with Laura all ok. 😀

The runs have a fast forward button so to log a run that you've already completed just press the fast forward button a few times till it gets to the end of the run.
