Last run of week 9 complete! Hooray. I started the programme last summer, faltered due to life getting in the way, and started again earlier in the year. I’m so pleased and amazed that I’ve managed it. I’m not by any means naturally athletic but this programme is fabulous. I’ve lost some weight, feel more energised and generally feel fitter. Now the challenge to keep it up! Thank you C25K!!
