If you build these exercises into your routine you’ll get stronger and suffer less. There are lots of hip stretches and strength stuff Yoga too 💪👍🙂
I do a ten min routine before bed on the bedroom floor just to be able to get up in the morning 😆
I took my "pre-hab" work really seriously at the start of the programme, but then the running really kicked in and I eased off. To my cost. All the exercises that my physio is giving me now are things I've done before, but I'm now taking them as gospel.
Nothing complicated, just bridges and planks and leg raises and something nameless that involves tipping forward on one leg from the hip until your fingers touch the floor.
But boy is it making a difference. I'm a zealot now. And feeling tons better.
