Got the title right this time at least! There is no denying that this run was a challenge. Again, I took it slowly, but figure I was still running, however slowly; after all, walking briskly for 20 minutes isn't a struggle which leaves me a breathless sweaty heap. But I did it. I will repeat this run before I move onto Wk6, but having come from struggling to run for a couple of minutes just a few weeks ago to this is testament to how great C25K is. And Jo Whiley is the perfect motivator.

Well done on running for a full 20 minutes. I’m right behind you I did run 2 this afternoon after work which is a first for me. It must be all the fresh air and the benefits I’m getting.

Challenges are there to be conquered... well done.
Week 6 starts with less than you just did... but it’s a tricky session. Repeating makes sense at this point if you feel the need.
Yeaaaa well done you!!!! We all have our tough ones but the journey is so worth it. Amazing support on here. Go Knittinggran..... you can do it. 🏃♀️🤗🦋
