First 30 min run 🏃♂️. Decided to take it nice & steady, didn’t want to underestimate the run even though it was just 2 mins like longer than last week. It was a wise move, I felt completely in control, breathing, pace all good. I felt like I could have maintained that pace for quite a bit longer, which was just as well as I only covered 4.2 km. I look forward to seeing how long it actually takes me to run the 5km, or how long it takes me to get there.....it doesn’t matter, it’s all progress. I’ve loved this program, quite sad it’s coming to an end 🙁 , shame they don’t do another program for when you’ve completed this one.....I know there’s loads of different ones out there but I’ve enjoyed MJ’s company......👌🏾

You can always have crank up week 9 again to get a MJ fix from time to time!
I'm also on week 9 but struggling a bit due to pre birthday drinking. It isn't quite how I planned it but quite reassuring to know I can manage a fairly feeble 30 minutes after beer the evening before. I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes from here...timing the 5K then trying to reduce it, adding some little hills etc. Happy running!
