I met a lovely lady out running with her daughter and dog this morning along the railway line...really hope they didn’t mind an over enthusiastic sweaty blond mess saying hi and asking if they were doing c25k?! The lady was on week 1 for the 3rd time...I mentioned the forum and how fab it is for support so hopefully she’ll join up ? Either I’ve encouraged her or completely put her off but fingers crossed she’ll stop by on here! 🤗🏃🏼‍♀️
