And yes I think my legs started to turn into lead on my last five minute run today, then Sanjeev said I only had a minute to go so I grinned and pushed on up the hill.

Yes..week four completed! Don't know how but I've done it 😊

Not sure if you've peeked ahead, but W5R3 is the big psychological breakthrough of the programme. If you're at all human, take a hankie out with you. Tears of joy are obligatory.

It's worth rounding up any virtual running buddies who are starting W5 and get them all gee'd up; it's a totally brilliant week.

It's a soothing but quietly excited voice but I have to admit never heard him before but we clicked right away!

I feel like I'm missing out by not trying the other celebrities but I feel quite attached to Laura now. Maybe I'll have to do the whole C25K four more times from the beginning to have a go with each one! LOL.

Boniobiscuits week five sounds scary but I'm trying not to think too hard about it. Now focusing on where I'm going to run as covering greater distances if I run round the castle grounds like I did this morning I'll be completely dizzy πŸ’«πŸ’« at the end of a week five run!! Looking forward to seeing how you get on Friday!
